About Me
I offer a warm, considerate space and use a person-centered approach and integrate different models of psychotherapy to fit your needs and comfort. Receiving therapeutic support can be daunting and my goal is to create a space of non-judgement in order to promote safety, trust, change and respite. I believe in each persons ability to grow and improve their quality of life and relationships. We can work together to explore and understand life events, transitions, and patterns which can lead to feeling stuck.
Clients attend my sessions for a variety of reasons: self-care, Anxiety, Depression, personal growth, additional support, burn-out, relationships, trauma, abandonment, life transitions work-related stress and bereavement.
Outside of private practice I have worked with children, teachers and parents for six years in various boroughs. Thus, I bring a wealth of understanding for parents and have been particularly passionate working with individuals going through the fertility journey, antenatal and postnatal support, and parenting.
While I trained in dance/movement I offer talk therapy in private practice. My background in movement therapy allows me to use creative skills and body-based approaches to psychotherapy when relevant.
Please feel free to contact me without any obligation to continue in psychotherapy.
